How AYM aims to break the cycle of unemployment

No training, means no skills to earn an income, no income means no money to do any training and so the cycle goes on. This has been a concern to AYMs Founder Despina Psarra for a long time. When she started AYM she realised she had an opportunity to help break this cycle, supporting people to learn a valuable skill that offers the opportunity to earn a good living running their own small business.

“I’ve set the price of the AYM training so that once you’ve practised on friends and family a bit, and are charging something reasonable, you can pay back for your course quickly, with just 5 or 6 hours of the massage skills you’ve learnt.”

Despina not only made the decision to keep the training very affordable, but offers instalment options for paying off the price of training that suits individual needs. This way no one should feel that they can’t take control of their life and start their own massage business.
