Upcoming Workshops in Bristol:
We are running a 4-hour workshop to teach people a few Ayurvedic Yoga Massage techniques, so you can give some amazing short treatments to friends and family. You’ll receive the whole sequence as part of the workshop too. Participants usually really love the workshops, feel better in their bodies, more energised, relaxed and uplifted, and you get an amazing skill out of it too.
