Alessio started their Ayurvedic Yoga Massage journey in February 2023, when they attended a Level 1&2 five-day intensive training with Despina Psarra in London. They continued training with Despina through to completing their 300-hour Intuitive Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Therapist Training in September 2024.
Alessio is a dedicated Ayurvedic Yoga Massage therapist with a deep passion for meditation, yoga, and holistic healing. With a nurturing and empathetic nature, they are committed to providing personalised care to each client. Through the integration of Ayurvedic principles and yoga, Alessio aims to promote overall well-being and balance in the lives of those they work with. Their approach is rooted in the belief that true healing comes from within, and they strive to create a serene and supportive environment for their clients to thrive.
Alessio works at our Ayurvedic Yoga Massage London treatment space, usually on Sundays 10 am to 3 pm.
