I trained as a Sports Massage Therapist in 2021 and after a decade long relationship with yoga, completed my 200hrs Yoga teacher Training in early 2022. I have a background in naturopathic nutrition and believe in holistic living.

While attending a workshop with Despina, I realized that AYM was the thing that tied together my massage and yoga practices and completed my L1-2 training that same week. I have since completed L3-4 and Level 6 training for pregnancy and neuropathic pain in the upper body.

I believe that working on a futon on the floor makes clients feel more grounded and more comfortable. This in turn allows deeper relaxation and a realignment of mind and body. In part, I work intuitively with my clients, responding to body, breath and energy but also encourage clients to communicate how they are feeling in order that their massage can be tailored to suit their needs and that we can work together to reduce pain and tension, increase relaxation and find space for profound rest.

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday daytimes I work from a treatment room in Yoga Meditation Healing in Kelvinbridge, and on Sundays I work from the Yoga Barn, Bellahouston.
