I started my journey into healing and tuning, when I qualified as a therapist in Cranio-Sacral-Reflexology in 2004.
I have two wonderful sons, one of them with moderate learning disability. He inspired me to learn.
Since then I specialised in fertility issues, learning disabilities (autism, ADD/ADHD, Down Syndrome, etc), allergies and cancer. I also became a Doula (a mother companion, during and after pregnancy) and qualified as a practitioner of Emmett Technique, an incredibly fast and effective easy muscle management technique.
I further trained in Facial rejuvenating lift massage, a combination of Indian techniques, Reflexology, Chinese meridians and Japanese pressure points.
In the years I deepened my knowledge and practice of Yoga. In order to support my son, I became a yoga teacher for children with special needs and mainstream, enjoying to work particularly with teenagers.
My incredible following step has been Ayurvedic Yoga Massage. I love it, as in a way it’s fusing and bringing everything together… on a special level!
Definitely a great experience of giving and receiving, and an ideal complement to my treatments which always incorporate meditations, visualisations, chakra balancing and colour breathing techniques enhancing harmony, healing, stress and emotional release.

I have been having reflexology regularly with Beatrice for over 5 years and have greatly benefitted from the treatment. It is very relaxing, and de-stressing.
