I am originally from the Isle of Skye and moved to Glasgow. Living on a beautiful rural island you can’t help but fall in love and be an outdoors person with its stunning scenery’s. Just makes you feel connected to nature, earth and breathing in the fresh crisp air. Just glorious and positive in every way.
This led me to start cycling and become interested in herbalism and holistic therapies. Once I completed my complementary therapies course, I decided to do some cycling abroad; Vietnam, Cambodia, Dominican Republic and Cuba volunteering with the skills I learned.
On my return to Scotland I wanted to develop and specialise my holistic treatments and this is where I was blown away with Ayurvedic yoga massage. I knew instinctively I had to learn and applied for level 1 & 2 courses with Despina, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I now get to share this incredible massage with you.
