My biggest motivation is to share my passion for yoga and ayurvedic yoga massage. I love to help people feel more like themselves, to encourage them to find a time and space to explore their physical body, breathe deep, kindly put their busy minds on pause and simply ‘hang out’ with themselves for a while.
I’ve been practising yoga for 12 years, and completed my 200hr Yoga Alliance teacher training in Ashtanga Vinyasa & Pranayama with Jamie Blowers in 2018. My desire to support people in developing ease and awareness within their bodies and minds since led me to train as an Ayurvedic Yoga Massage (AYM) therapist with Despina Psarra in early 2019.
AYM is as blissful and meditative to give as it is to receive – it’s honestly such a joy! AYM is a beautiful approach for offering a relaxing and remedial deep tissue oil massage, with a focus on breath, gentle mobilisations and assisted yoga stretches.
I usually offer 1, 1.5, 2 hour treatment sessions, but the length can be adjusted to suit you, with anything from 15 minutes upwards!
I am happy to answer any questions and arrange treatments via phone or email.
