I’ve been interested in physical activity since childhood, fascinated by how the body can bend and turn. I started martial arts at a very young age, taught dance for many years, and am now building up to become a pole dance athlete.
This has indirectly influenced my new found passion in Ayurvedic Yoga Massage and the regular practice of yoga. It has provided me with much needed balance and relaxation, which I was struggling to find and I would like to share this new found joy with others. I recommend Ayurvedic Yoga Massage to anyone – whether you lead a sedentary lifestyle or you’re a full athlete, it’s a great way to reconnect with your body and start afresh.
Amanda participated in 3 workshops with Despina in November 2016, and completed her Level 1-4 training in April 2017.
